What you will work on
You will be helping in building the best AI-powered mentor for competitive exams. This involves improving how users experience the product - from first interaction to daily usage to conversion - across learning, practice, and consistency.
Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience or strong proof of work
* Strong product thinking and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with product data (PostHog) and writing SQL
* Ability to work closely with design and engineering
* Clear thinking and structured communication
* High ownership and bias for action
* Strong taste in product and UX
* Uses AI actively & have build products with it
* Have knack of vibe coding

Responsibilities
* Improve user journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and conversion
* Identify problems using data and user behavior, and prioritize what to solve
* Work with design and engineering to ship product improvements
* Collaborate with the growth team on experiments and product-led initiatives
* Continuously iterate based on user insights and performance
* Contribute to product and design reviews
* Take decisions balancing speed and quality
