Pre-Owned Manager

Century Ford Mt Airy is seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Owned Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department in Mount Airy, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle operation, ensuring quality inventory, excellent customer service, and strong sales performance. Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department, including inventory management, pricing, and merchandising.

- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and dealership operations.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to maximize departmental profitability.

- Collaborate with service and finance departments to enhance overall customer experience.

- Implement marketing strategies to increase dealership visibility and pre-owned vehicle sales.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

- Knowledge of automotive financing and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
