The Senior Inspector  QA/QC will be responsible for conducting inspections to ensure that work on a site complies with project design documents, industry pharmaceutical standards, and local, state, federal building codes and in a regulated GMP environment. Provides technical support to the quality and quality engineering (QE) functions quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Captures and analyzes statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards. Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards. This position requires knowledge of high-tech facility construction, particularly in semiconductor or biopharma environments, to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout the project 
Organization

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Review Subcontractor Work : Perform and support inspections of MEP, OFCI, and CFCI installations in accordance with ITPs and project specifications. Verify workmanship quality, installation compliance, and adherence to approved procedures. Support NCR identification, tracking, and closure in coordination with construction teams.
- Code Compliance & Safety: Validate final installations do not violate code requirements, including equipment clearances, emergency egress paths, and other safety aspects. Safety Oversight: Enforce the Company
- Safety Policy on-site and pay due diligence to safety aspects at all times, ensuring compliance with site-specific safety protocols.
- CQV Interface Coordination: Support coordination with commissioning agents and client representatives during testing and startup activities.
- Participate in system walkdowns and readiness reviews.
- Ensure alignment between construction completion and commissioning sequence requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and concise documentation of inspections, audits, and NCRs. Ensure that reports are completed and submitted on time.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to ensure the successful completion of the project.

## Show your expertise

Minimum Required
•    High School Diploma or GED required.
•    At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical high-tech facility construction, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and control.
•    Proven experience in MEP systems execution in regulated (GMP) environments.
•    Proficient in reading and interpreting design documents, building codes, and project specifications.
•    Familiarity with OFCI/CFCI equipment integration and turnover processes

Preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field, or Journeyman Certificate.
- Experience in Semiconductor or Biopharma Life Sciences facility construction strongly preferred.    •    Strong knowledge of biopharma facility construction methods and quality control.
- Experience with performing and documenting field inspections, ensuring all work meets quality and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, BIM360, and other construction management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
