Role Summary:
As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. You will act as the bridge between development teams and stakeholders, providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and driving innovation. Your role will include designing and implementing software architectures, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring adherence to best practices. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and align technical strategies with business objectives. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and expertise in relevant technologies are essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and best practices for the platform
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of deployed applications
- Ensure that the development process follows best practices, including rigorous code reviews and automated testing, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of software engineering management experience, preferably in leading teams for more than 2 years at least
Key Skills:
- Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL)
- Passionate about leveraging AI to come up with avenues of exponential progression
- Proficient understanding of tools like Git, Asana, Sentry, etc. and DevOps workflows
- Prior experience in architecting solutions to complex problems is a must!
