Our Fragrances Regulatory and Product Safety (RAPS) team supports essential business practices necessary for Givaudan that align with our stellar reputation for creating breathtaking fragrances. The RAPS team ensures that suitable policies and tools are established worldwide at Givaudan, allowing consumers to enjoy and experience products of the highest quality, compliant with both regulations and their expectations.

We are looking to expand our LATAM Fragrances RAPS team and are hiring a ' Regulatory Data Analyst II ' who will Manage, update and analyze regulatory data in order to ensure the most current and reliable data are available in company's systems, according to corporate guidelines, relevant regulations and business objectives.

Based in our Sao Paulo office and reporting to the Global RICS Data Integrity Director, we offer exciting opportunities for personal and professional development.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

- Regulatory Data Management
- Be a global regulatory data management/system resource for regulatory and safety data in Quality Management System (QMS) and SAP.
- Review new industry regulations and customer requirements into systems (norm creations).
- Maintain QMS and SAP including launching data cleansing and developing data audits.
- Analyze/manipulate data, which may be of a complex regulatory nature (Impact Assessments) and may include summarizing results and making recommendations to management or customer.
- Support data integrity function by collecting, organizing and validating (via regulatory databases, customer questionnaire) the reliability of data from suppliers, internal customers, literature, and analyses
- Participate in global data projects related to regulatory, toxicology or product safety.
- Participate in systems developments and upgrade related to regulatory activity
- Communicate with global important partners in Regulatory, Toxicology, Formula Management, Operations and Purchasing regarding changes that could impact data management activities.
- Train junior department staff members

You - Your professional profile includes:

- University / Bachelor's Degree in scientific or technical area
- 3+ years of regulatory and industry experience
- Good English
- Experience with data and database management and systems administration
- Knowledge of global chemical inventories (e.g. TSCA, REACH, EINECS/ELINCS, DSL/NDSL)
- Thorough knowledge of data criticality.
- Familiarity of local, state and federal regulations and Department of Transportation and Foreign Trade Zone requirements.
- Demonstrate skill in database management (e.g. SQL, Microsoft Access)
