Job Description:

The mission

We are looking for a Product Builder to join the new global Ops Automation Squad within Product & Engineering at Cobee by   Pluxee .

The squad will turn operational needs shared across countries into reusable product capabilities, self-service tools and automation that help the platform scale.

Your scope will focus on the global platform: common product workflows, reusable configuration capabilities, standard APIs and data interfaces, and shared tools that enable country teams to work more efficiently.

Your mission will be to understand operational problems,   identify   opportunities for reuse across countries, and build reliable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve product   quality   and deliver measurable impact.

This is a hands-on role combining product thinking, technical   fluency   and delivery: mapping processes, speaking with users,   analysing   data, prototyping with AI or automation tools, building with Engineering, shipping   solutions   and measuring adoption.

What you will build

Within the global product roadmap, examples of the capabilities you may build include:

- Reusable self-service capabilities for benefit and wallet configuration, with common validation rules and controlled access.

- Shared platform provisioning and onboarding capabilities that support deployment and adoption across countries.

- Reusable tools for bulk product actions, with approvals,   validation   and audit trails.

- Common product validations that prevent inconsistent data and reduce avoidable operational exceptions.

- Standard APIs,   events   and data interfaces that enable country teams to connect their processes to the global platform.

- Shared internal tools that give Operations and Customer Care teams visibility into product workflow status and help them diagnose issues.

- Human-in-the-loop features within reusable automation, with   appropriate permissions , review   steps   and traceability.

- Reusable AI assistants and automation components that help teams navigate product workflows and information.

- Improvements to existing global automation based on user feedback, product   defects   and adoption data.

Success means reliable capabilities that country teams can adopt and reuse, with measurable reductions in manual work and errors.

What you will do

As Product Builder, you will:

- Work with country Operations, Finance, Customer Care and IT teams, alongside global Product, Engineering and Data, to understand shared needs and product friction.

- Map workflows, edge cases,   dependencies   and data flows to   identify   which needs can be addressed through common product capabilities.

- Assess reuse potential, expected impact and implementation effort, and contribute proposals to global product   prioritisation .

- Build and   validate   prototypes using AI tools, internal tooling, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, scripts, data   analysis   or lightweight product interfaces.

- Work with Engineering to build,   test   and   maintain   reliable global capabilities, following platform standards and release practices.

- Define success metrics for each initiative: adoption across countries, time saved, fewer manual steps, lower error   rates   and better user experience.

- Use data and feedback from country teams to   size   opportunities, inform roadmap   decisions   and measure outcomes after release.

- Document product   behaviour , interfaces, configuration   options   and usage guidance so country teams can adopt the capabilities effectively.

- Build permissions, auditability,   monitoring   and   appropriate human   oversight into the global capabilities you deliver.

- Investigate defects in the squad’s delivered capabilities with Engineering and improve their reliability and usability over time.

What we are looking for

We are looking for people who are comfortable with ambiguity,   complexity   and execution.

You may come from Product, Operations, Engineering, Automation, Consulting,   RevOps , FinOps, Product Ops, Business   Operations   or a similar background. What matters most is your ability to understand complex systems and build practical solutions.

You should have

- Strong product judgment and   a builder   mindset.

- Experience improving operational, financial,   administrative   or internal workflows.

- Ability to understand complex processes and simplify them without losing control.

- Comfort working with technical teams, APIs, data models,   integrations   and internal tools.

- Hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, SQL,   scripting   or workflow tools.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and measure business impact.

- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

- A bias for action: you do not wait for perfect specifications to start learning.

- High ownership: you follow through from problem discovery to reliable delivery,   adoption   and measurable impact.

- Good judgment around risk, compliance, privacy, data   quality   and operational control.

Nice to have

- Experience in fintech, payments, benefits, payroll, HR tech, insurance,   SaaS   or regulated environments.

- Experience with invoicing, billing, reconciliation, settlements, financial   operations   or accounting workflows.

- Experience with HRIS, payroll providers, SFTP/API   integrations   or employee data flows.

- Experience building internal tools for Operations, Finance, Customer Care or Partner teams.

- Experience using AI agents,   copilots   or LLM-based workflows in   real business   processes.

- Experience with tools such as Retool,   Metabase , SQL, Zapier, Make, n8n, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitLab,   PostHog   or similar.

- Ability to write lightweight scripts or query data independently.

- Spanish and English fluency. Portuguese would be a plus.
