Business System Expert AXE

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the analytical platforms used for the design and statistical analysis of clinical trial data. As a Business System Expert , you will act as the link between Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, IT, QA, and external vendors, ensuring the performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of critical clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support and administration for analytical platforms, primarily SAS (Viya, Grid, Clinical) and related systems.
- Act as the main interface between Biostatisticians, SAS Programmers, IT teams, QA, and external providers.
- Manage incidents, track technical issues, and coordinate resolution activities.
- Ensure compliance and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation in accordance with GxP requirements.
- Deliver training and support to end users.
- Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and validation activities.
- Monitor platform usage and propose corrective and preventive actions when needed.
- Support the assessment and framing of new system implementation projects.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in system administration, system support, or business systems management.
- Proven experience with SAS platforms (SAS Viya, SAS Grid, SAS Analytics Platform, SAS Clinical).
- Understanding of Biostatistics and Statistical Programming activities within clinical trials.
- Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and validation documentation.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, GxP, and clinical research processes .
- Familiarity with Google Cloud is highly desirable.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
