About this role
The Senior HR Analyst primary responsibilities includes managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits programs, reinforcing company policies. Additionally, the Senior HR Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, and improve overall employee experience.
Acting as HR Generalist, this position is expected to support the replication of HR programs and practices such as talent management, internal communication and talent acquisition.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business, Economics or related field.
- Proficiency Office 365 tools (Excel, Power Point, One Drive).
- Advance English preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to leverage intemal Corporate resources, as well as HR
peers in LatAm, to get to the best recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage all levels of the organization and be a Strong contributing
team member of multiple teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make
recommendations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systerns (Oracle preferred) and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detal and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-
paced environment.
- Experience supporting remote leaders and employee groups with demonstrated success in
building Strong relationships.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
