✨ Now Hiring: Hospitality Supervisor (Full-Time!) ✨
Friendship Village Tempe

Do you love great service, leading a team, and creating memorable dining experiences? We’re looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and top-tier service to our dining venues!

✨ Schedule: Sundays 9:00am–5:30pm, Wednesday through Saturday: 10:30am–7:00pm plus holidays are required

✨ Pay: $24.20 – $26.62/hr DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supervise service teams in our Buffet, Nunnenkamp, and other dining venues

- Lead pre-shift menu reviews and ensure smooth service from start to finish

- Greet residents and guests, assist with seating, menus, and special requests

- Visit tables, check satisfaction, and coach staff on excellent service

- Maintain service, safety, and sanitation standards

- Oversee cleaning, side work, restocking, and special event setup

- Support training, scheduling, and communication with leadership

- Step in where needed to keep dining running flawlessly

✨ What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years leading a hospitality or dining team (5+ staff)

- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts

- Food handler’s card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

- A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail
