As an Automotive Service Technician , you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose vehicle problems and perform necessary repairs according to flat-rate pricing guidelines.

- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.

- Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and updates to customers.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and environmental regulations.

- Use diagnostic and repair tools to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an automotive service technician with a flat-rate work approach.

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.

- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet productivity goals.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

- Valid automotive technician certifications or licenses preferred.
