Run Ready Supervisor - Midland, TX

LOCATION: Midland - Texas - USA

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN

Purpose

Supervises the Run Ready Operators and creates tally using Pipetracer® technology. Performs inspection, transportation, and handling of pipes, accessories, and tools related to Field Services activities, using appropriate control methods and instruments in a safe manner in accordance with applicable procedures.

Main Responsibilities

- Supervise Run Ready Operators and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

- Perform and oversee pipe tally using Pipe-Tracer® technology and work instructions.

- Coordinate logistics, transportation, and pipe handling activities.

- Monitor service execution and provide updates on ongoing operations to Dispatcher and Managers.

- Investigate, document, and report service deviations, complaints, and issues.

- Prepare post-job reports and identify improvement opportunities.

- Ensure staffing, certifications, and resources are available to meet customer demand.

- Protect against damage, theft, or misuse of facilities, equipment, and physical resources assigned

- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility, as well as the certificates required to perform the activity.
