This is a one (1) year contract position, renewable.
Position Overview
As a member of the Radio-Canada Marketing & Communications team, the Eurovision 360 Project Manager leads the planning, execution and co-ordination of all marketing initiatives celebrating Canada’s debut in the Eurovision Song Contest. In this role, you will oversee the creation and production of advertising and promotional assets, help shape marketing strategy and execute internal and external media plans. You will also collaborate closely with teams across CBC and Radio-Canada to align campaign goals company-wide.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Brief creative teams and manage advertising and promotional asset production, partnering with designers, directors and production staff to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery that meets established marketing goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing Strategy team to deploy campaigns effectively in line with corporate objectives.
- Help develop creative briefs and ensure alignment among all project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all creative team deliverables align with Eurovision brand guidelines and Radio-Canada standards.
- Oversee end-to-end production of communications and promotional collateral (video, audio, print, digital and experiential).
- Co-ordinate all project logistics, including gathering client requirements, estimating costs, obtaining quotes, setting timelines, tracking team availability and securing necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects that achieve strategic marketing objectives.
- Address challenges with project participants, recommend solutions and provide timely updates on project progress or changes.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.
What You Bring:
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years’ experience in project management within advertising or promotional production environments.
Skills :
- Deep understanding of production workflows for on-air promos and advertisements in all formats across broadcast, digital and external platforms.
- Proven ability to plan, organize and prioritize projects.
- Good knowledge of Radio-Canada’s network and advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to be versatile, flexible, independent and adaptable to change.
- Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness, tact and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to engage teams, communicate effectively and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, tight-deadline environment.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Knowledge of Jira is an asset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive).
