Description du poste :

Contexte
Le client est actuellement en pleine transformation numrique et recherche un(e) gestionnaire de programme pour piloter des initiatives stratgiques lies aux systmes Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) et Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Ce rle sinscrit dans le cadre du lancement dun projet majeur au Canada, avec une perspective de dploiement global moyen terme.

Tches :

- Assurer la coordination des initiatives PLM et MES

- Piloter un programme complexe dans un environnement hybride (Waterfall / semi-agile)

- Superviser lintgration des systmes (ex. : SAP S/4HANA, systmes de maintenance)

- Grer les relations inter-dpartements et assurer lalignement des parties prenantes

- Contribuer ladoption des solutions et la transformation organisationnelle (en collaboration avec le responsable de la gestion du changement)

- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et assurer latteinte des objectifs du programme

Required qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the internal selection process:

- 15 years of experience in IT and engineering project management, including at least 5 years managing large-scale programs.

- Significant experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) .

- Strong experience managing complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage systems integration and transformation initiatives.

- Experience in the manufacturing sector.

- Advanced proficiency with Jira.

- Fluency in French and English, mandatory.

Preferred qualifications

- Aerospace industry experience.

- Technical knowledge of the Dassault Systmes suite, considered a significant asset.
