About this role

Are you passionate about working at the intersection of people and business in a global company? Do you enjoy driving People & Culture processes, collaborating across the organisation and turning plans into action ?

We are looking for a People & Culture Consultant for a maternity cover position in our Projects & Learning team. In this role, you will drive and support key People & Culture processes and initiatives that shape the employee experience across AFI, with a particular focus on talent management and global onboarding.

Who are we?

Arla Foods Ingredients is a global leader in improving premium nutrition and an independent company within the Arla Foods Group. Our headquarters is located in Aarhus, Denmark, and we have colleagues and locations across the world.

You will join our People & Culture Projects & Learning team, consisting of 4 colleagues. We develop and drive global initiatives within talent management, learning, leadership development, internal communication, onboarding and employee experience, helping AFI develop and engage the people needed to support our growth journey and ongoing transformation.

Across everything we do, our ambition is to create value for the business and support AFI’s strategy and continued development.

How will you make an impact?

As our new People & Culture Consultant, you will drive and support global People & Culture processes and initiatives in close collaboration with colleagues across AFI People & Culture, Arla HR and the wider business.

During the maternity cover, your primary focus will be on talent management and global onboarding. You will also support People & Culture initiatives related to AFI's ongoing integration with DMK and contribute to selected activities within employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and employee surveys.

Your responsibilities will include

- Drive and further strengthen AFI's talent management processes and activities, ensuring they continue to support business needs, leadership priorities and the broader People & Culture portfolio.
- Coordinate and further develop AFI’s global onboarding activities, including our Introduction Days.
- Contribute to People & Culture initiatives that support the successful integration of AFI and DMK.
- Lead or contribute to selected initiatives within employer branding and diversity and inclusion, and support the planning, execution and follow-up of employee surveys and related engagement activities.
- Prepare communication, presentations, analyses, and decision material for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across AFI and Arla to adapt and bring global People & Culture processes to life.
- Contribute positively to the team and help ensure strong coordination across our portfolio of activities.

What will make you successful?

You are a collaborative and structured team player who enjoys taking responsibility and creating progress. You can independently drive processes and activities while keeping the overall purpose and the needs of the business in mind.

You communicate clearly, build trusting relationships and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at different levels and across cultures. You have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach and know how to balance quality, stakeholder needs and timely execution.

We also expect that you

- Have relevant experience within People & Culture, preferably including talent management, onboarding, employee engagement or related areas.
- Have strong project and process management skills and can coordinate several activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Are comfortable taking the lead and following activities through from planning to implementation.
- Have strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Have well-developed analytical skills and are comfortable using data and insights to support planning and decision-making.
- Are curious, proactive and willing to take on new responsibilities in line with business needs.
- Communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing.

If you also enjoy working in a team where collaboration, good discussions, and an informal atmosphere are important, you may be the colleague we are looking for.
