About Thomasville Restoration

To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding an Estimating Desk Liaison. What You’ll Do

- You will serve as the connection between field documentation and the approved reconstruction scope.
- Review DocuSketch tours, scope notes, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
- Request detailed reconstruction estimates from DocuSketch based on field data
- Present the TVR Sales Presentation via TEAMS or speak directly with insureds to set expectations and obtain the signed WA
- Review returned estimates to ensure they are accurate and aligned with the intended scope
- Add the final 5 percent of estimate content including labor, general conditions, O&P, and additional line items
- Submit completed estimates through carrier or TPA platforms
- Track estimate status, respond to revision requests, and coordinate updates with DocuSketch
- Ensure revised estimates meet guidelines and project expectations
- Upon approval, schedule a call with the insured to review the finalized scope and confirm deductible payment
- Maintain complete and organized documentation of submissions, communications, and revisions in the job management system

Who You Are

- Experienced with at least 2 years in construction, field inspection, or restoration services preferred
- 2 or more years of experience as a construction estimator in the insurance restoration industry
- Proficiency with Xactimate, Symbility, and proposal development
- Experience working with fire, water, and mold damage restoration
- Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Working knowledge of Dash, XactAnalysis, AlacNet, Contractor Connection, and Claims Connect
- The ability to build strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, and co-workers
- High integrity, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach
- The ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and operate in a growing, fast-paced environment
- •roficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
