Our technology is the backbone of how we move fast and deliver the Thomasville Touch to our customers. The Technology Operations Analyst will assist in growing this side of our business and supporting the technology systems that help Thomasville operate effectively.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in the management of all company technology, including hardware such as laptops, phones, and tablets, and software such as project management, communications, and estimating platforms.
- Assist with Help Desk functions to keep Thomasville teammates supported in their devices and applications.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring proper systems, security, and tools are in place.
- Collaborate with the tech team to pilot new platforms, test beta programs, and help evaluate what’s worth investing in.
- Stay up to date on restoration industry technology through research and demos.
- Document technology processes that support growth and efficiency at scale.
- Work with the tech team to streamline current systems and introduce new ones where needed.
- Troubleshoot and maintain strong performance across technology platforms.
- Assist with internal training, documentation, and communication to ensure full adoption of systems.

Who You Are

- You have a 4-year degree in a technology-related field such as IT, MIS, Computer Science, Business Technology, or similar.
- You have at least 1 year of progressive work experience in a related role, such as IT, systems integration, process improvement, or business operations with a technology focus.
- You love solving problems, building processes, and figuring out how to work smarter.
- You’re passionate about innovation and technology in business, not just how it works, but how it can help.
- You want to be part of a leadership-driven, values-focused, rapidly growing company.
