💰 Salary & Highlights

- Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

- Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $ 2000 to $ 4000 ( paid in first 90 days of employment )

- Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5000 annually

- Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Clinic Setting)

The Role: We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Cary, NC. You will play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones and reach their full potential through:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional limitations.

- Developing individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration techniques.

- Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies to support development at home.

- Collaborating with early intervention specialists and the broader care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

- Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification.

- State Licensure: Valid and current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist.

- Skills: Strong communication and child engagement skills; ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

- Experience: Knowledge of child development milestones and experience with diverse pediatric populations (infants through adolescents).
