About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Director of Public Relations & Marketing and supported by a Marketing Coordinator. Based on-site at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, this role leads digital marketing efforts across paid media, SEO, website content, CRM, social media, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
As the city's premier luxury hospitality destination, the hotel features award-winning dining, a Forbes Five-Star Spa, and signature experiences. This role is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through strategic, performance-driven marketing and compelling storytelling.
What You Will Do
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Lead digital marketing strategy across website, SEO, paid media, CRM, email marketing, and online reputation management.
- Manage agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns, budgets, timelines, and performance goals are achieved.
- Drive measurable business results through performance marketing initiatives, using data, analytics, and audience insights to optimize conversion, revenue, return on investment, and overall digital effectiveness.
- Oversee website content, SEO performance, reputation management, and reporting.
- Execute integrated digital campaigns supporting hotel experiences, restaurants, bars, spa offerings, partnerships, and events.
Social Media & Content
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and channels for the hotel and restaurant outlets.
- Create and oversee engaging content that drives audience growth and brand awareness.
- Maintain the hotel's digital asset library, including photography, video, and marketing collateral.
- Support the development of creative assets, guest communications, digital signage, and campaign materials.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Develop and manage influencer and creator collaborations from outreach through reporting and analysis.
- Partner with creators, photographers, videographers, and media partners to expand awareness and strengthen the hotel's digital presence.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated marketing.
- Proven success developing digital strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results.
- Experience with social media, paid media, SEO, content development, and analytics.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, influencers, and external partners.
- Hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury, or premium brand experience preferred.
- Passion for digital innovation and creating exceptional customer experiences.
