Key Responsibilities
- Package and kit parts to meet customer requirements
- Follow written instructions from pick tickets for each job
- Verify quantities using scales (for large amounts) or hand-counting (for smaller amounts)
- Inspect parts visually to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare boxes, labels, and packaging materials
- Label bags of parts per customer specifications
- Ensure kits are labeled and packed accurately to customer standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written instructions carefully
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
