## Sobre el puesto
El tecnico de control de calidad tiene como objetivo principal, garantizar que las materias primas, materiales de empaque, graneles y productos terminados cumplan con las especificaciones de calidad establecidas mediane la ejecucuión de análisis fisicoquímicos, el manejo adecuado de equipos de laboratorios y la correcta documentación de los resultados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de calidad de la compañia.
Tus responsabilidades
- Realizar análisis fisicoquímicos de materias primas, materiales de empaque, graneles y productos terminados.
- Verificar que los productos cumplan con las especificaciones y estándares de calidad establecidos.
- Ejecutar pruebas de laboratorio utilizando reactivos, instrumentos y equipos de análisis conforme a los procedimientos vigentes.
- Documentar y registrar oportunamente los resultados de análisis y actividades realizadas.
- Dar soporte técnico al personal operativo en la resolución de problemas relacionados con la calidad del producto o procesos.
- Participar en la investigación y documentación de incidentes de calidad, desviaciones y acciones correctivas.
- Mantener actualizados procedimientos, formatos y documentación técnica del laboratorio.
- Administrar y organizar las muestras de retención conforme a las políticas establecidas.Mantener el orden, limpieza y estandarización del laboratorio bajo la metodología 5S.
- Colaborar activamente con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en esquema rotativo de tres turnos.
La experiencia que buscamos
- Licenciatura terminada.
- Experiencia y cococimiento en manejo de reactivos, equipos e intrumentos de laboratorios (recien egresados o con experiencia)
- Ingles (Deseable)
- SAP (Deseable)
- Microsoft office
