AI Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using AI
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference
• Evaluate and integrate large language models (LLMs), NLP, and other AI frameworks
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Research and apply emerging AI/ML techniques and industry best practices
• Document technical solutions, architectures, and processes clearly and thoroughly

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning or AI models in production
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and generative AI concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
