AI Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using AI/ML
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model training infrastructure
• Evaluate and integrate large language models (LLMs), NLP, and generative AI tools into software products
• Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and drive continuous improvement
• Research and apply emerging AI techniques, frameworks, and best practices
• Document architectures, workflows, and technical specifications for AI systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in production
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
