Job Description

Location: 100% Remote (Philippines)

Work Schedule: Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time)

The Security Project Coordinator will play a critical role in driving security-focused projects from initiation to successful closure. Working during our primary business hours (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT), you will serve as the central hub of communication between technical security teams, management, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings extensive operational experience and thrives in a fast-paced, independent remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Tracking & Execution: Oversee the daily operations of multiple security projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables are strictly adhered to.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between IT/security engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure total alignment on project objectives and deployment schedules.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project dashboards, risk logs, and status reports. Prepare comprehensive handover documentation upon project completion.
- Resource Management: Organize schedules, allocate team resources, and lead virtual project alignment meetings during the designated shift.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks, security risks, or resource constraints, escalating critical issues to senior leadership with actionable solutions.
- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall security compliance.

Qualifications

- Experience: A strict minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, project management, or operations management—preferably within the physical security, cybersecurity, or IT sectors.
- Shift Requirement: Must be fully available and willing to work a dedicated night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT .
- Remote Work Readiness: Must be based in the Philippines with a secure, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup, backed by a reliable, high-speed internet connection (and a secondary backup connection).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of project management and CRM software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project) and enterprise communication tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency; capable of drafting professional executive updates and leading alignment calls with global stakeholders.
- Core Attributes: Highly meticulous, exceptionally organized, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision during off-peak local hours.
