This position provides overall administrative support for Senior Leaders and their direct reports as assigned. The Executive Assistant II will handle highly sensitive issues and complex problems without limited direct supervision or guidance from others. Responsibilities will require discrete and confidential levels of written and oral communication with high-level internal and external contacts.
## What you'll be doing

- Researches and abstracts information and supporting data in preparation for meetings, work projects, and reports.  Correlates and edits materials submitted by others.  Organizes material that may be presented to Senior Executive.  Maintains follow-up files and procedures in order to work more efficiently.
- Arranges business itineraries and coordinates travel, work schedules, meetings, and social functions  ensuring all pertinent information is provided.
- Receives and assists visitors and telephone callers, either taking care of the matter or referring them to appropriate person as circumstances warrant. Participates in meetings, records minutes, and maintains records based on appropriate timelines for retention.
- Maintains highly confidential files, manages incoming and outgoing communications; drafts  correspondence and reports for approval; takes dictation and transcribe.
- Maintains filing and record management systems and other office flow procedures; requisitions supplies.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards by doing our job compliantly, ethically, and in a manner that reflects our underlying values.
- Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring to the table

- High School Diploma.  Associate’s degree preferred.  Minimum 6 years professional administrative support experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to 6 years.
- Good verbal communication skills with proficient use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
- Good written communication skills with proficient spelling and composition abilities.
- Word processing experience preferably Microsoft Word for Windows; PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail); office equipment and technologies experience.
