Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Painters for projects located in or around Grand Ledge, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Perform interior and exterior painting on a variety of commercial and residential projects

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and patching

- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

- Cut in walls, ceilings, trim, and other finished surfaces

- Maintain quality workmanship and professional finishes

- Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Previous painting experience

- Experience with spray equipment preferred

- Must have painter whites

- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
