Digital Design Consultant Senior Associate FTC

About the role:  
 
The Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE) sets the firm’s talent, development and coaching approach and partners with the business to provide high‑quality development opportunities that support strategic priorities and individual growth. The team combines people expertise, creativity and market insight, working with business subject matter experts to meet evolving development needs. Within TD&C, the Digital Design Team enables learning and development through technology, identifying, designing and implementing digital solutions to increase the effectiveness and impact of the development portfolio. The Digital Design Senior Associate, reporting to the Digital Design Team Lead, helps translate learning objectives into technology‑enabled learning experiences, supports the rollout and use of digital solutions across programmes, contributes to delivery and stakeholder engagement, drives continuous improvement, and maintains awareness of relevant risk considerations. 
 
What your days will look like:

- Support the end-to-end design and rollout of technology‑enabled learning programmes, including documenting live/virtual requirements and supporting delivery when needed.

- Provide consultative support to the wider design team and the CoE on adopting and using digital learning solutions; help build and maintain enabling resources.

- Apply appropriate digital design and governance considerations, such as risk management, accessibility, intellectual property, brand requirements, and sustainability, seeking guidance where required.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., SMEs) to enable content development, keep client needs central in decisions, and develop expertise in emerging technologies; support flagship programme delivery, including UK and international travel when required.
