Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products
• Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference
• Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune deployed models for performance and accuracy
• Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI functionality to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices for AI development
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related software engineering role
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
