We're looking for an experienced Home Health Community Liaison who understands that strong referral relationships aren't built with a single visit—they're built through consistency, communication, education, and follow-through.
YOUR ROLE IN THE COMMUNITY
You'll become a familiar and reliable resource for healthcare professionals throughout the Dallas area.
Your relationships may include:
- Physicians and physician offices
- Hospitals
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Assisted living communities
- Group homes
- Case managers
- Discharge planners
- Other healthcare professionals and community partners
You'll educate referral partners about Billet Health's services, identify opportunities to support patients, and work alongside our clinical team to help create smooth transitions into care.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build meaningful, long-term referral relationships
- Conduct regular face-to-face outreach
- Provide educational presentations and service information
- Follow up consistently with referral partners
- Develop new community relationships
- Attend networking events and healthcare functions
- Collaborate with clinical teams on patient transitions
- Maintain accurate referral and activity records
- Identify trends and opportunities within your territory
- Communicate market feedback to leadership
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for a relationship-focused professional with:
- 1+ years of Home Health marketing or healthcare sales experience
- Established Dallas-area referral relationships
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and healthcare compliance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage a territory and schedule
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
Preferred: Experience working with SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, and physician offices, along with a demonstrated history of referral growth and CRM/EMR experience.
