Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain business applications across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse ecosystem — spanning  low-code (Canvas/Model-Driven), pro-code (Code Apps), and custom development (plugins, PCF) . The role covers the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements and development through security configuration, testing, and multi-environment deployment.

What You Will Do

Application Development

- Design and build  Canvas Apps  and  Model-Driven Apps  based on business requirements.

- Build  Code Apps  using modern web frameworks ( React / TypeScript ), integrating with the  Power Platform SDK , connectors, and Dataverse while running inside the managed Power Platform environment.

- Develop and maintain  Power Automate  cloud flows (and desktop flows where relevant) for process automation and integrations.

- Develop custom business logic via  Dataverse plugins  (C#), custom workflow activities, and  Power Fx  formulas.

- Create custom components ( PCF controls ) where standard capabilities are insufficient.

Data & Dataverse

- Design and maintain the  Dataverse data model  (tables, columns, relationships, keys, business rules).

- Write and optimize queries against Dataverse using  SQL / CDS (Common Data Service) query patterns , FetchXML, and the TDS endpoint.

- Manage data import/export, migration, and integration with external systems.

Security & Permissions

- Configure and administer  Dataverse security  — security roles, business units, teams, field-level security, and hierarchy security.

- Implement least-privilege access models and troubleshoot permission-related issues.

- Apply appropriate connector authentication and API permission handling for Code Apps.

SDLC & Deployment (ALM)

- Manage  solution lifecycle (ALM)  using managed/unmanaged solutions.

- Handle  deployments across environments  (Dev → Test/QA → UAT → Prod) through the SDLC.

- Implement  CI/CD pipelines  (Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions) with source control for solution components  and Code App source code .

- Manage build/deploy processes for Code Apps (npm/Node build tooling, pac code CLI), environment strategy, connection references, and environment variables.

Governance & Quality

- Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and testing (unit/integration/UAT).

- Support production incidents, monitoring, and performance tuning.

What should you have

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Agricultural Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

- Microsoft certifications:  PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) ,  PL-600 (Solution Architect) ,  PL-200 (Functional Consultant) .

- Experience with  Azure services  (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Service Bus, Static Web Apps).

- Familiarity with modern front-end build tooling (Vite, Webpack) and component libraries (Fluent UI).

- Dynamics 365 CE module experience (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

- Power BI for reporting/analytics.

- Knowledge of governance, DLP policies, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
