Position Overview
As a Residential Care Associate, youll provide direct care to children and adolescents in a structured, supportive environment. Youll facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and help residents navigate daily life with dignity and respect.
What Youll Do
- ##### Ensure resident safety and well-being through active supervision and documentation
- ##### Lead and support therapeutic and recreational group activities
- ##### Transport residents to appointments and community outings
- ##### Collaborate with treatment teams and communicate relevant updates
- ##### Intervene appropriately using behavior management techniques
- ##### Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights
What Were Looking For
- ##### Minimum age: 21
- ##### High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelors in human services preferred
- ##### Experience with adolescents in residential care is a plus
- ##### Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred
- ##### Ability to complete required training, background checks, and CPR certification
Physical Requirements
- ##### Active role with standing, walking, and occasional bending
- ##### On-site presence required
- ##### Ability to communicate clearly and use a computer regularly
