About this role

The kind of Presentation Designer we're looking for:
You take complex ideas and make them make sense visually, fast. You've got real range across layout, typography, and infographics, and you know how to turn a dense strategy deck into something a client actually wants to look at. You're the person people hand a messy set of insights to and trust to come back with something polished.
You're comfortable owning a pitch deck from blank page to final send, working across teams to pull out what matters and cut what doesn't. If PowerPoint, Slides, and InDesign already feel like an extension of your hand, keep reading.

What you'll do

- Lead art direction and execution of integrated campaigns across assigned pharma and healthcare brands, keeping every deliverable aligned to brand strategy and client objectives

- Partner with Copy Supervisors and cross-functional teams to build creative that balances storytelling with scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance

- Mentor Art Directors and Designers with direction, feedback, and real opportunities to grow

- Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, owning the strategic rationale behind the work

- Guide projects from concept through final production without letting craft or consistency slip

- Translate clinical data, customer insights, and market trends into visual work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel

- Push for better, exploring new creative approaches and technologies rather than defaulting to what's safe

What this role is not

This isn't a purely hands-off management role, you're still expected to have a strong point of view on the work itself, not just delegate it. And it's not an entry point into pharma advertising, you should already know how MLR and regulatory review shape creative before you walk in.

What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience

- 2 years of advertising agency experience, pharma or healthcare marketing preferred

- A portfolio showing conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel

- Strong visual storytelling instincts grounded in branding, typography, layout, and design fundamentals

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable defending creative rationale to clients directly

- Proven experience mentoring creative talent while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and working knowledge of pharma regulatory review (FDA, OPDP, PAAB, ASC); familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus

Not an agency*
The layer-laden teams. The prehistoric processes. The impersonal, ego-driven dog-and-pony shows. Take what you think you know about agencies and burn it. P10 was born of the idea that if something isn't working—or could work better—change it. And that's exactly what we did. We know that what we're not makes us who we are. And we're not just another agency. We are people driven by a palpable passion and purpose, felt by our clients from the very first conversation.
P10 brings together a team of diverse, remote-only seasoned professionals to deliver exceptional value for our clients. Dare to do something different - join us.
