BlueVoyant Government Solutions (202 Group LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BlueVoyant, Inc.) is seeking an experienced Federal Client Executive to serve as a regional sales leader and expand our government client base. In this role, you'll engage current and prospective federal customers, assess their mission needs, and position BlueVoyant's cybersecurity and supply chain risk capabilities. Partnering closely with technology and channel partners, you'll drive annual revenue growth and help clients advance their core missions.

What You'll Do:

- Drive revenue growth in the GovCon space by executing against your pipeline and corporate objectives, leveraging the full BVGS portfolio.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution, for both new logos and existing accounts in partnership with channel and technology partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Engineering, TPRM, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive positive outcomes for BVGS, partners, and clients.
- Relay upcoming and forecasted client requirements to internal teams to inform product roadmap, investment, compliance, and strategy.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on BlueVoyant's core offerings, including cybersecurity, business risk management, and supply chain risk management.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline and maintain accurate records in GovWin and internal CRM to support reporting and revenue forecasting.
- Build and maintain measurable business and account plans aligned to team objectives.
- Develop compelling proposals that articulate how BlueVoyant solves customer challenges differently.
- Operate with transparency and integrity across all day-to-day activities.

What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of demonstrable, consistent government sales success, regularly exceeding targets.
- Current US Government TS/SCI clearance.
- Deep understanding of the DoD/government ecosystem, including organizational dynamics, funding cycles, contracting processes, and federal compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations (FAR, DFARS), with the ability to guide customers to the right contract vehicles and sales channels while staying current on acquisition guidance and regulatory changes.
- Cybersecurity and supply chain sales experience, with familiarity with CSCRM operating models, vendor risk platforms, and supply chain risk technology solutions.
- Proficiency across the full sales process from initiation to close.
- Excellent proposal-writing skills, able to convey “how we do it differently,” not just “what we do,” tied directly to customer challenges.
- Prior experience with Defense Industrial Base (DIB) clients, partnering with channel and technology partners to build and maintain pipeline.
- A positive, tenacious, persuasive, and goal-oriented approach, with excellent verbal communication and the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM tools.

Nice to Have:
- MEDDPICC sales methodology experience.
- In-depth understanding of cyber supply chain risk management (CSCRM), third-party/vendor risk capabilities, and emerging cybersecurity market trends.
- Experience in a startup or small-to-medium GovCon environment, helping refine offerings and go-to-market approach.
- A track record of exceeding targets in channel and partner-driven sales environments within the target territory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Security Suite, G5 Microsoft license models, and the related security ecosystem.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Why BlueVoyant?
- Drive growth across the federal market, bringing BlueVoyant's cybersecurity and supply chain risk solutions to DoD, Intelligence Community, and Defense Industrial Base customers.
