Come join the Consumer Group Program Management Office as a Senior Technical Program Manager. This role will deliver strategic capabilities and experiences within the Personal Finance organization, a critical part of Intuit’s Consumer Ecosystem strategy to build deeper relationships with customers, and be a trusted part of customers’ financial journeys. We are looking for creative problem solvers and strong program leaders who can connect strategy to execution, lead cross-functional teams, and drive complex technical programs to successful outcomes.
As a Senior TPM, you will bring together business, product, and technology teams to develop and execute high-quality program plans, navigate risks and dependencies, and drive data-informed decisions. You will rapidly develop expertise in new technical domains, build trusted relationships across teams, and help teams deliver our highest-impact priorities with quality and speed.

Qualifications
Strong Technical Program Management experience, including 3-5 years leading technology-focused programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of software development approaches, architecture, and the software development lifecycle, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical leaders.
Proven ability to leverage program and project management best practices to drive program plans, dependency management, and risks mitigation in a matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
B.S. in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
Agile/CSM experience or training preferred.
PMP preferred.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View $155,500 - $210,500
Oakland, CA $155,500- $210,500
