About this role
Position Overview: This position supports the Implementation team throughout the onboarding of new clients and assists the Systems Onboarding team in maintaining accurate and current records in all systems to ensure seamless group updates. Works under the direction of the Director of Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists Implementation Managers in distributing relevant information to internal teams and external vendors.
- Attends external and internal initial and ongoing implementation meetings.
- Monitors deliverables and deadlines from the various internal teams regarding implementation tasks.
- Monitors deliverables and deadlines for external vendors on implementation tasks.
- Coordinate all contracts and other required documentation with new groups.
- Acts as liaison between operations and client/broker regarding questions and missing information.
- Implements small group block of business independently.
- Creates group in internal Group Management system.
- Loads and updates documentation to portals and applicable systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Implementation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Employee benefits experience preferred.
- TPA experience preferred.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
