Assembly Operator 1st shift – Dover, NH

We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator 1st shift to join our Dover, NH team.  You will assemble components for carbon filters and operate equipment used for final assembly and packaging. This role requires following detailed SOP instructions and performing assigned tasks within the Finishing Department to meet quality and production standards.

You will:

- Assemble filter components including gluing and crimping end caps, sonic welding, attaching gaskets, and inserting pleating.
- Operate assembly equipment to support production and finishing processes.
- Inspect materials and products such as media, end caps, shrink film, and cartons; report quality concerns.
- Shrink‑wrap, label, and package individual filters; pack finished units into cartons with correct lot and quantity information.
- Record production data accurately and follow all SOP, quality, and safety procedures.
- Assemble and test sub‑assemblies using BOMs, work instructions, and company processes.
- Maintain work standards including meeting production goals, supporting coworkers, keeping a clean work area, and standing for the full shift.

Key Qualifications:

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including meeting productivity standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and departments
- Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.

Position hours/shifts:

- 1st shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
- Overtime as needed.

Compensation :

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50/hr . Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
