About the Role
This is a four-week intensive, on-site sales development program at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, designed to turn high-potential graduates into confident, high-performing sales development representatives. Working alongside the leadership team in a cohort of 10, you will engage real prospects from day one and compete for a full-time SDR position at the end of the program.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls and follow up with warm inbound leads targeting SMEs across the DACH region, starting immediately.
- Book product demos for Account Executives and track your results on a live leaderboard.
- Participate in daily call reviews, evening training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with senior sales leadership.
- Build your own prospect lists, hit daily targets, and provide peer coaching to fellow participants.
- Deliver a live demo call in front of a jury panel on the final Demo Day.
What We're Looking For
- Recently completed university or higher education degree in any field.
- Native-level German proficiency (Muttersprachniveau), required.
- Some experience or demonstrated ability with outbound cold calling, inbound lead callbacks, or B2B sales processes.
- Ability to absorb product knowledge and sales methodology quickly, and apply feedback in real time.
- Valid work authorization for Austria and full availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00, on-site in Vienna from November 2 to 27.
- Competitive drive, coachability, and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus, as is prior exposure to AI or SaaS products.
Compensation & Benefits
All participants receive EUR 4,200 gross guaranteed for the four weeks (annualized equivalent: EUR 54,600). Top performers earn additional bonuses: first place receives EUR 5,000 and a full-time job offer, while the top performers are offered SDR roles at EUR 70,000 OTE (base plus uncapped commission). Lunch and dinner are provided throughout the program. Graduates receive a certificate and a reference letter from the CCO. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Fully on-site in Vienna, Austria , Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 to 19:00, for the duration of the program (November 2 to 27).
