Job Title: Scheduling Representative (2nd Shift)
Position Overview
The Scheduling Representative supports customers by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, resolving concerns, and documenting interactions. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills while working closely with dispatch, leadership, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and assist customers.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service and resolve concerns effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and other systems.
- Coordinate with dispatch, leadership, and team members to address scheduling needs and issues.
- Stay current on company services, processes, and procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including calls, data entry, and system navigation.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data entry, CRM systems, and general computer applications.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable team player with a positive, professional attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred.
- Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and CRM software is a plus.
Work Environment
- Office-based role on a 2nd shift schedule.
- Frequent use of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and customer service software.
- Collaborative team environment with regular communication across departments.
- Professional office attire required.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
