A Brief Overview

Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day oversight and operations of the program.

What you will do

- Ensures clinical compliance with all regulatory agencies, governing health care delivery and the standards of accrediting bodies.

- Coordinates across clinical, operational, and administrative teams to promote quality care for patients.

- Acts as the main point of contact for community partners, executive leadership and external funding bodies.

- Maintains current knowledge base of clinical concepts, use of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and services, reimbursement issues and regulations

- Demonstrates initiative in applying knowledge related to planning, operationalizing, and evaluating services

- Manages, supervises and coordinates day-to-day operations of the program to include but not limited to financial management, staffing and services offered by the program. Duties are performed in such a manner as to ensure the clinic operates in an efficient cost-effective manner.

- Collects data, prepares reports, and analyzes statistics, and answers correspondence.

- Demonstrates initiative in applying knowledge relative to planning, operationalizing and evaluating services.

- Performs patient care activities as may be required.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire or
- Certified Social Worker - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire or
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - South Dakota Board of Examiners for Counselors & Marriage and Family Therapists Upon Hire or
- Psychologist - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

- Bachelor's
- Master's in behavioral science, healthcare related field or business
- 4-6 years Leadership experience
