You'll have...

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent across operational and technical teams.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Parts Analysis, including Advanced Service Releasing, New Model Launch, Current, and Past Model Releasing operations (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across domestic and global organizations at all leadership levels.
- Hands-on experience leading or contributing to complex IT/systems projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and enterprise deployment.
- Practical experience with core engineering, releasing, and publishing systems, including WERS, CMMS, TeamCenter, CAD, GCAT, and PCII.
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and visualization platforms, including Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including evaluating and implementing practical AI use cases to streamline business processes (preferred).
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable tactical plans; backed by robust project management and organizational skills to execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with results-driven orientation to drive continuous process improvements.
- Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with proven expertise facilitating alignment across multi-disciplinary and global stakeholder groups.

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
