Strategic Portfolio Management – Digital Solutions Trainee

Practicante para Planta Juárez 3. Estudiantes activos (un año o más para egresar) de

Licenciatura en Informática, Tecnologías de la Información, Análisis de Negocios, Inteligencia de Negocios, Análisis de Datos, Administración de Empresas.

Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones digitales que optimicen procesos de negocio, mejoren la gestión de datos y faciliten la toma de decisiones, con un enfoque inicial en el sistema Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Principales tareas y responsabilidades:

- Administrar y dar soporte al sistema SPM.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos.
- Analizar requerimientos de negocio y proponer soluciones digitales.
- Elaborar reportes e indicadores para la toma de decisiones.
- Brindar soporte y capacitación a usuarios.
- Colaborar en proyectos de transformación digital.

Conocimientos y habilidades:

- Gestión de proyectos y procesos de negocio.
- Análisis de datos y elaboración de reportes.
- Power BI, Excel y herramientas Google site..
- Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Organización, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
