Job Description

The Senior Advisor - Creator Partnerships & Programs serves as ALSAC's strategic lead for developing, cultivating, and activating high-impact creator partnerships that advance the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships across the creator economy, with a primary emphasis on the YouTube ecosystem and creator-led media.

Working at the intersection of entertainment, content, marketing, fundraising, communications, and strategic partnerships, the Senior Advisor identifies and activates creator opportunities that drive awareness, audience growth, fundraising impact, and long-term enterprise value. The Senior Advisor serves as ALSAC's senior relationship lead for top-tier creators, creator-owned businesses, talent representatives, management firms, production companies, and platform partners.

This role will help shape ALSAC's future creator ecosystem strategy, positioning St. Jude as the nonprofit partner of choice within the creator economy while helping expand creator-driven opportunities across content, fundraising, and audience development. Working closely with the YouTube Channel Growth & Strategy Lead and Creator Community Engagement Manager, this individual creates new pathways for creator collaboration, mission storytelling, audience growth, and fundraising impact.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1.      Creator Partnership Strategy & Relationship Management

- Develop and execute ALSAC's long-term creator partnership strategy, with emphasis on YouTube creators and creator-led media ecosystems.
- Identify, recruit, cultivate, and steward relationships with high-impact creators, creator-owned businesses, talent agencies, management firms, and production companies.
- Serve as ALSAC's primary relationship lead for strategic creator partnerships and long-term creator advocacy efforts.
- Develop individualized engagement strategies that deepen creator involvement across awareness, fundraising, content, and enterprise initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of creator opportunities aligned to enterprise priorities.

2.      Creator Ecosystem Development & Strategic Growth

- Develop and implement a long-term vision for expanding ALSAC's creator ecosystem and creator partner network.
- Position St. Jude as a preferred nonprofit partner within the creator economy.
- Monitor emerging creator trends, audience behaviors, creator-owned businesses, and platform developments to identify future opportunities.
- Establish scalable frameworks for creator recruitment, activation, stewardship, and partnership measurement.
- Advise senior leadership on creator economy trends and strategic growth opportunities.

3.      Creator-Led Content & Storytelling

- Collaborate with creators and internal stakeholders to identify mission-driven storytelling opportunities across YouTube and creator-led platforms.
- Source and facilitate creator-led content initiatives that support awareness, audience growth, engagement, and fundraising objectives.
- Partner with Content & Creative, Marketing, and Communications teams to develop creator integrations and co-created content opportunities.
- Support creator participation across major campaigns, fundraising initiatives, content projects, and enterprise events.

4.      YouTube Collaboration & Audience Development

- Partner closely with the YouTube Channel Growth & Strategy Lead to identify creator collaborations that support audience growth and mission awareness.
- Bring creator insights, audience intelligence, and partnership opportunities into YouTube planning efforts.
- Facilitate creator participation across ALSAC-owned YouTube properties and strategic content initiatives.
- Support opportunities that increase content distribution, audience reach, and engagement through creator relationships.

5.      Enterprise Partnerships & Industry Leadership

- Represent ALSAC and St. Jude with creators, agency leaders, platform representatives, production companies, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships and Marketing teams to develop creator-led opportunities that support enterprise priorities.
- Leverage creator networks and relationships to unlock new awareness, fundraising, and partnership opportunities.
- Establish measurement frameworks that evaluate both short-term performance and long-term relationship value.

6.      Leadership, Reporting & Strategic Planning

- Communicate creator strategy, performance, opportunities, and emerging trends to senior and executive leadership.
- Develop reporting frameworks that measure creator impact across awareness, engagement, fundraising, and audience growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of creator partnership initiatives.
- Manage budgets, planning processes, timelines, and operational requirements associated with creator partnerships and strategic initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Entertainment, Public Relations, Digital Media, Development, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent relations, entertainment marketing, digital media, strategic partnerships, or related disciplines.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, YouTube creator ecosystems, creator business models, and talent management structures.
- Proven experience developing and managing strategic creator partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and high-profile external partners.

Preferred requirements:

- Existing relationships within the YouTube creator ecosystem.
- Experience working directly with creator agencies, managers, talent representatives, or production companies.
- Experience supporting creator-led fundraising, social impact campaigns, or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience building long-term creator ecosystems rather than campaign-based influencer programs.

Location: This position is Memphis‑preferred, though we welcome strong candidates from other U.S. locations.
