Key Responsibilities

- Support daily maintenance and reliability activities within the manufacturing facility.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation equipment issues.
- Participate in root cause failure analyses and corrective action development.
- Help develop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and schedules.
- Review equipment performance data and identify reliability improvement.
- Assist with spare parts evaluation, inventory optimization, and equipment criticality reviews.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance-related modifications.
- Participate in equipment inspections and condition monitoring activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and engineering documentation
- Work closely with maintenance opportunities technicians to identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0 to 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, co-op, or internship experience.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
- Experience with data analysis and reliability improvement methods.
- Understanding of safety and risk assessment practices.
