Machine Operator-2nd Shif t

Location : Louisville, KY 40214

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, are comfortable operating equipment, and are willing to learn CNC machinery, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely

• Learn to set up and operate CNC equipment

• Follow production schedules and job instructions

• Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality standards

• Use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers

• Move materials using equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, and lift tables

• Keep accurate production records

• Package finished products for shipment

• Keep your work area clean and organized

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Willingness to learn CNC machine operation

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written instructions

• Safety focused and dependable

• Comfortable working on your feet and in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to use basic measuring tools

• Forklift experience is a plus, but we can provide training

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move around throughout the shift

• Willingness to wear required PPE
