As a Client Service Representative, you will be supporting the front desk operations of a fast-paced, 24-hour specialty hospital dedicated to exceptional patient care.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for emergency and specialty appointments.
- Manage appointments, emergency visits, admissions, and patient discharges.
- Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare, review, and maintain client and patient medical records.
- Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and procedures.
- Perform administrative duties including scanning, emailing, filing, and document management.
- Answer incoming calls and direct client inquiries appropriately.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.

What You Bring

- Previous client service or customer service experience required; veterinary experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
