Gators Attendant

Gators Gift Shop is seeking a friendly and dependable Seasonal Gators Attendant to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role blends retail, customer service, and light food & beverage support, requiring strong multitasking skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.

Required availability includes Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends and holidays. Flexibility to support evolving business needs is also expected.

Key Requirements

- Availability: Must be available any day of the week between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends and holidays.

- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.

- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing friendly, attentive, and personalized guest service.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking, organizing, and maintaining the shop.

- Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and assist with various shop responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

- Provide warm, attentive service to all guests

- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system (cash and card)

- Assist guests with product selection and purchases

- Restock merchandise and maintain proper inventory levels

- Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

- Support light food and beverage service as needed

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage is a plus

- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
