What You Will Be Doing
- Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest, termite, and rodent activity.
- Diagnose complex issues and formulate smart, safe, and highly effective treatment solutions.
- Deliver clear, transparent, and honest quotes that instantly build client trust.
- Execute rigorous follow-up measures to guarantee absolute client satisfaction.
- Partner directly with operations to seamlessly coordinate and schedule treatments.
- Stay at the peak of industry standards by mastering ongoing training, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and elite-level professional communication.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven ability to successfully obtain Hawaii Department of Agriculture & Biosecurity licenses and a Pest Control Field Representative license (fully supported by our paid training program).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High attention to detail, exceptional emotional intelligence, and an unyielding drive to succeed.
- Advanced sales and business acumen backed by a firm command of the sales cycle.
- Natural closing abilities paired with masterful relationship-building talents.

- Physical Requirements: Demonstrated ability to crawl in tight spaces, climb, bend, operate safely from ladders, lift 50 pounds or more, and perform rigorous outdoor work across diverse environmental conditions.
