AC Service Manager

Are you ready for a change in direction? Then why not join the great team at McAlpine Hussmann! We are looking for an experienced AC Service Manager to join our team based in Mt Wellington.

The AC Service Manager position reports directly to the Branch Manager and leads a large team of Air Conditioning Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices. This key position is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving team performance and meeting key business objectives. This opportunity suits candidates who have the drive and ambition to grow within a highly successful and expanding business. We are interested in hearing from candidates who have with well-developed commercial and financial acumen, proven sales focus, and strong leadership skills.

This role includes a company vehicle, available for reasonable private use, and is eligible to be included in the bonus scheme.

Based in Mt Wellington, this is a full-time role with 40 hours of work per week.

We are seeking people who possess the below experience and competencies:

- 5 years' experience in a similar Service Manager role,
- Health and Safety focused,
- High standard of verbal and written communication,
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors,
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise,
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally.
- Trade Qualification in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning.
- Previous Experience in Refrigeration or HVAC Industry.
