The Opportunity

Were looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join a global finance team supporting consolidated financial reporting, accounting, and analysis. In this role, youll have exposure to international operations, multiple currencies, global sales and inventory, and complex consolidations while working with tools such as OneStream, SAP, Stravis, Excel, and Power Query . This is also an exciting time to join the organization. Youll have the opportunity to participate in reporting modernization and the upcoming SAP HANA migration , helping improve processes, validate data, and build a more efficient reporting environment.

What Youll Do

- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly consolidated financial results for management.
- Perform advanced accounting activities, including consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and equity eliminations .
- Analyze financial results from global regions during the close process , investigate variances, and identify potential reporting errors.
- Support the monthly close for the corporate parent entity and prepare financial and statistical reporting and analysis.
- Support quarterly reviews and annual audits , including preparing schedules and analysis for external auditors.
- Support accounting and reporting for global sales and inventory across multiple factories and warehouse locations .
- Provide accounting and reporting guidance to finance and accounting teams across the organization.
- Conduct technical accounting research, including IFRS-related reporting matters .
- Maintain and improve reporting processes using OneStream, Stravis, SAP, Excel, Power Query, reconciliations, templates, and validation tools .
- Participate in the upcoming SAP HANA migration , including testing, data validation, process documentation, and reporting improvements.
- Leverage Power Query, financial systems, automation, and responsible AI-enabled tools to make reporting more accurate, efficient, and repeatable.
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field .
- 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, and/or audit.
- Experience with IFRS, financial consolidations, or audit .
- Candidates with a strong US GAAP background may also be considered depending on overall experience.

Nice to Have

- Experience working within a global or international organization .
- Experience consolidating international subsidiaries involving multiple foreign currencies .
- Experience with OneStream or another financial consolidation platform.
- Familiarity with SAP, Stravis, or comparable ERP/reporting systems .
- Advanced Excel and Power Query experience.
- Previous public accounting experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $98000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
