Financial Analyst

Commercial Financial Analyst Turn data into insight. Turn insight into smarter business decisions. Were looking for a Commercial Financial Analyst who enjoys digging into the numbers, identifying the story behind the data, and helping business leaders make informed decisions. In this highly visible role, youll partner with Commercial and Finance teams to support forecasting, budgeting, sales performance, and strategic decision-making. What Youll Do

- Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers .
- Develop clear, insight-driven reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Support financial forecasting and planning , including data consolidation, validation, analysis, and executive-ready summaries.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including template management, data consolidation, and variance analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Calculate and support sales incentive compensation for regional teams, as needed.
- Partner with cost center owners to monitor operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities .
- Support monthly close and recurring reporting activities while ensuring financial information is accurate and timely.
- Assist with pricing analysis and business case development , translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Analytics teams on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis.

What Were Looking For

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics , or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and/or financial reporting .
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and supporting team-based initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights .
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , including pivot tables, lookups, and foundational financial modeling.

Even Better If You Have

- Experience with financial systems or ERP platforms such as SAP .
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience creating dashboards or visualizations using Power BI .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting financial findings to business partners.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $91000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
