Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Role
Join a quality team that plays a critical role in supporting the production of infant formula in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This position partners closely with production teams to investigate quality issues, maintain GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

What You'll Do
- Investigate quality deviations and manufacturing issues
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Perform GMP audits and manufacturing floor inspections
- Review batch records and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Prepare deviation reports and maintain quality records
- Partner with production teams to support compliance and quality standards
- Update SOPs and quality documentation as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- 1+ years of quality experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- Strong investigation, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading deviation investigations and CAPAs
- PCQI certification or food safety experience
- Continuous improvement experience
- Strong coaching and relationship-building skills

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.21 - $35.58/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
